1. Provider and scope
DenkLaut is provided by MR Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Düsseldorfer Str. 26, 51379 Leverkusen, Germany. This page supplements the product information for the iPhone and Apple Watch app.
Apps from the App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless a different custom licence is supplied in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement applies. These notices do not replace it.
2. Service and requirements
DenkLaut records voice notes, transfers recordings from a paired Apple Watch to iPhone, and transcribes them locally. Transcripts can be organised, copied, searched, and merged. No DenkLaut account, subscription, or in-app purchase is required.
An internet connection is required for the initial speech-model download. The download is currently about 649 MB, with additional free storage needed for preparation and operation. Transcription then works offline. Some functions require a compatible iOS or watchOS version, microphone access, and a paired iPhone for Watch transfers.
3. Permitted use
Use DenkLaut lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you record conversations or other people, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required in advance and for observing applicable privacy, confidentiality, and copyright rules. DenkLaut is not intended for secretly recording other people's conversations.
4. Local data and your responsibility
Recordings and transcripts are not sent to a DenkLaut or cloud transcription server. You manage local entries, deletion, exports, and device backups. Review a transcript before sharing it or using it for an important decision; automated speech recognition can contain errors.
DenkLaut does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice. Do not rely solely on the app for emergencies or time-critical communication.
5. Purchase, updates, and availability
Purchase processing, price, refunds, and redownloads are governed by the App Store and your Apple Account. DenkLaut is a paid-upfront download without subscriptions, advertising, or in-app purchases.
We may provide updates to maintain security, compatibility, or functionality. Continuous availability on every future device or operating-system version cannot be guaranteed. Statutory warranty and liability rights remain unaffected.
